        By participating in the Titusville Soccer Club (TSC)  project known as ‘Kids In Action,’ all participants grant TSC, its affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use in any manner TSC deems appropriate worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the participant's name, photographs and any language contained therein, for public information without additional consideration or compensation. Participants further release TSC, its affiliates and assigns from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating the participant's submission. All photographs submitted become the property of TSC and will not be returned to the entrant.

All photographs must be submitted by parent or legal guardian. Each participant must grant permission for use of photographs containing multiple participants. If permission can not be acquired by additional parties, photos may be cropped for display.

We ask that participants ONLY submit ONE (1) photo for use on the photo gallery per week per player.  Submission of a photograph does not guarantee upload to the "Kids In Action" page. Due to limited storage, submissions will be randomly selected to give each participant the opportunity to appear.
