Spring 2012 Registration Information

Registration for the Spring 2012 season will take place at the Chain of Lakes on the following dates:
November 12, 2011 from 10:00am to 2:00pm
January 14, 2012 from 10:00am to 2:00pm
January 21, 2012 from 10:00am to 2:00pm

Registration Cost:
$55.00 for returning Fall 2011 players.
$65.00 for new registration.
Players registering after January 21, 2012 will be taken on a space available basis and a $10
late fee will be applied to the registration fee.
*All new players must bring a certified copy of their birth certificate.

Titusville Soccer Club has two scheduled seasons. Fall and Spring.
The Fall Season runs from August until November.
The Spring Season runs from March until May.
TSC registration is open to boys and girls who live in the Titusville area (generally from Volusia County line to Port St. John).
All players on teams within TSC are required to submit an accurate and properly completed youth
amateur registration form to the registrar.
Each first time registrant or non-verified player must submit a copy of a state certified birth certificate or passport.
Any player may be called upon to prove his/her legal status to the board of directors for proof of age.
Players MUST indicate their full first and last name and middle initial on all registration material.
Parent or guardian signature is required.
All individuals serving as coach, or assistant coach are required to complete and submit a coaches registration form.
This is primarily for insurance coverage. Each recreational team should have one assistant coach.
Each additional coach shall pay $5.00 registration fee for insurance.
NOTE: Only two recreational coaches are allowed on the same sidelines with the players.

Players who attain their limiting age of any age group on or after August 1 of Seasonal Year will be eligible to play
in that age group for all of that seasonal year.
SPRING: 4 year olds must reach 4th birthday by March 1st of the current year.
FALL: 4 year olds must reach 4th birthday before August 1st of the current year.
• U5 Does not attain 5th birthday before August 1.
• U6 Does not attain 6th birthday before August 1.
• U7 Does not attain 7th birthday before August 1.
• U8 Does not attain 8th birthday before August 1.
• U9 Does not attain 9th birthday before August 1.
• U10 Does not attain 10th birthday before August 1.
• U11 Does not attain 11th birthday before August 1.
• U12 Does not attain 12th birthday before August 1.
• U13 Does not attain 13th birthday before August 1.
• U14 Does not attain 14th birthday before August 1.
• U15 Does not attain 15th birthday before August 1.
• U16 Does not attain 16th birthday before August 1.
• U19 Does not attain 17th birthday before August 1.
