Parents and Spectators are a much needed
part of Titusville Soccer Club!
We want all players to enjoy the games they play! Spectators are a big part of that for both teams!
We want to focus on development, sportsmanship, working as a team, character development, and most importantly, having fun!

Parent Code of Conduct
We have a responsibility to promote high standards of behavior in the game. Titusville Soccer Club wants to ensure soccer can be enjoyed in a safe and positive environment. Remember, youth soccer is a game for players to develop their technical, physical, tactical and social skills.

3. Applaud effort and good play as well as success.
4. Always respect the referee decisions.

7. Encourage the players to respect the opposition, referee and other officials.
8. Avoid criticizing a player for making a mistake – mistakes are part of learning.

Sportsmanship
Spectators will treat all players, coaches and fellow spectators with respect. We want players to feel at home at TSC and a sense of community. These are children and this game is for them and only them. All spectators must abide by the code of conduct or they will be asked to leave the facility
Board Members
All board members are volunteers. They do not receive any discounts or compensation. If you have a complaint or suggestion, they are all open to hearing you, but please be courteous and remember that they are 100% volunteers.
Referees
We are experiencing a nationwide referee shortage due to verbal and at times physical abuse. The call the ref makes in the game is final. TSC is taking a zero tolerance on referee abuse. There will be consequences for the parties involved
Coaches
All coaches at TSC are volunteers. They will be treated with the kindness and respect they deserve. They are giving their time to coach your child, with no personal benefit. If you have an issue with a coach, you may respectfully address it with them. TSC recommends a 24-48 hour waiting period before addressing a coach following practice or a game.
Mandatory Participation
TSC strives to be affordable to make the game of soccer available to all children. This is only possible because of club participation. Each team must provide a minimum of 4 participants once per season. Two participants for an hour and half field duty and two participants for an hour and a half concession duty. These participants are to sign up through the sign up genius link, so we know the slots are filled.
GotSport App
You can find your team’s contact information, group chat, and schedule on the gotsport app. The app is free but you need to download it to your phone. In order for your player's team information to populate, you must be listed as a parent on their online gotsport account along with your email.
PLEASE remember that the game schedule is subject to change and you need to check it each week.
Each team is REQUIRED to send two participants for Field Duty on Friday night and two participants for Concession Duty on Saturday, once per season, according to the schedule.
TSC has 18 fields to paint each week and Concession is open for 7-8 hours each Saturday. There is only one Field Manager and one Concession Director and we cannot do these tasks without the help of our teams.

*FAILURE TO SEND AT LEAST TWO PARTICIPANTS FOR EACH SCHEDULED SHIFT
MAY RESULT IN A PENALTY TO THE TEAM.*

Field Duty: Each Friday afternoon at 5:15 p.m., the team scheduled for Concession Duty on Saturday (the next day), is required to send two participants for Field Duty. Participants need to report to the shed near the North parking lot. Participants will help line the fields, post flags, and make sure the nets and goals are secure. This is a simple job and usually only takes an hour if all scheduled participants are present. Be sure to check in at the shed to have your team credited for attendance.

Concession Duty: Each Saturday, teams are scheduled for Concession Duty. The team scheduled for Concession Duty on Saturday is required to send two participants. You will always be scheduled before or after your team’s game that day. The shift is only an hour and a half. The Concession Director is always present with the participants and will handle the cash register. Duties are mostly cooking, preparing, serving, and clean up. This is a simple and easy job and we always have fun!
***Free snow cone tickets for the team players are given (after concession duty) as a thank you for fulfilling your duties. If all 4 positions are filled at your scheduled date/time.***
